Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in Georgia. You will work under a BCBA to implement therapy plans and collect progress data, providing one-on-one services to individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities.

The position requires RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential, with a flexible, part-time schedule and competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
