Behavioral Health Field, Inc. seeks an RBT to provide in-home ABA services in Lawrenceville, GA during weekday afternoons (3:30 PM – 6:30 PM). Sessions are conducted in-home, with a focus on compassionate, client-centered care for individuals with IDD/ASD.

Must have reliable transportation and an active RBT certificate. Responsibilities include data collection, adherence to protocols, and collaboration with BCBA and families to support client learning materials.

Formación

• 3+ months of experience as an RBT.
• Active RBT Certification Number is required.
• Valid driver license is required.
• Willingness to commute to clients' locations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-to-one ABA direct services in home settings.
• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data on clients’ behaviors.
• Communicate empathetically with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assume BCBA support in assessments and material prep.
