Job summary

Behavioral Health Field, Inc. in Jonesboro, GA (30238) seeks an RBT for in-home ABA sessions. Part-time, Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM–7:00 PM. Pay $25–$30 per hour. Must have reliable transportation and RBT certification.

Provide one-to-one ABA services, record data, and collaborate with the BCBA and families to ensure effective treatment. Experience with data collection tools like Catalyst is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT Certification Number.
• 3 months of experience as an RBT or more.
• Active driver license and willingness to commute to clients' locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow behavior reduction and skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect and record data based on client behavior.
• Communicate empathetically with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during assessments and in preparing learning materials.
• Seek supervisor consultation to ensure effective treatment.
