Job summary

Behavioral Health Field, Inc. is seeking an RBT for in-home ABA services in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on one-to-one caregiving and data-driven intervention during afternoon sessions from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

You will follow established ABA protocols, collect and record data, and communicate with families and the supervising BCBA to ensure effective treatment. A valid RBT certificate and a driver license are required.

Qualifications

• 3 months or more experience as an RBT
• Must have a valid RBT Certification Number
• Active driver license
• Willingness to commute to clients' locations
• Experience with Catalyst or other data collection is a PLUS

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one compassionate ABA direct services to clients.
• Follow the behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols.
• Collect data based on the client’s behavior and record findings.
• Empathically communicate with clients, families, and supervisor.
• Assist the BCBA during the behavioral assessment process and in preparing client learning materials.
• Seek appropriate consultation from the supervisor to ensure effective treatment implementation.
