Job summary

Applied ABC provides home and center-based ABA therapy for children with autism across the United States. The Registered Behavior Technician role involves delivering one-on-one behavioral interventions in clients’ homes under BCBA supervision.

The position requires a BA or current pursuit in a related field, a valid RBT certification, and at least one year of ABA experience, with weekday and weekend availability. Data collection and ongoing staff training are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
