Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one behavioral support in clients' homes and in the community. You will work under a BCBA supervisor to help clients build speech, social, and daily living skills, with flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, diligent data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams to ensure compliance and quality outcomes in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area
• Ability to pass all required background screenings

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Provide direct behavioral intervention services in home and community environments
• Collect and accurately document client data and progress
• Assist clients in developing communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills
• Maintain professional communication with families and clinical team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
