Evolve ABA Care in McKinney, TX is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver intensive ABA therapy to children in home-based sessions. The role involves 1:1 therapy, data collection, and collaboration with a supervising BCBA to implement individualized goals.

The position is part-time, offering paid training, a sign-on bonus of $250, and opportunities for BCBA supervision hours for students pursuing certification.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or related coursework in child development, special education, or psychology.
• Experience working with children ages 5-12 in a 1:1 setting.

Mansioni

• Provide direct therapy during individual sessions.
• Implement ABA interventions (DTT, PECS, NET) in a 1:1 home setting.
• Assist the supervising BCBA with goals and checklists.
• Carry out the individualized treatment plan addressing self-help, independent living, motor and language skills.
• Support parent and caregiver training per treatment protocols.
• Collect and graph data as instructed.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Adhere to ethics and organizational policies.
• Interpret and implement clinical protocols effectively.
