Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have own reliable vehicle for in-home visits.
• Valid state driver license and liability insurance.
• CNA Certification or Medical Assistant certification.
• Current CPR required.
• 2+ years in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to perform point-of-care testing (A1c, urine, BP).
• Familiar with medical terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong workload prioritization.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; EMR experience a plus.
