Job summary

Arkos Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality care across Casper, WY and surrounding areas. You will assess, diagnose, and manage member health needs through in-home, telehealth, and clinic visits, coordinating care with primary providers.

Role requires Wyoming APRN license, NP board certification, and DEA privileges. You will work within state guidelines to support chronic and acute conditions while documenting thoroughly in the EHR.

Qualifications

• Wyoming RN license required.
• Wyoming APRN license required; board-certified NP.
• DEA licensure for prescribing/dispensing is required.
• Ambulatory/primary care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and care coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs in-home visits and comprehensive assessments as appropriate for age, gender and clinical presentation.
• Demonstrates knowledge of etiologies, risk factors, and presentation of acute and chronic conditions.
• Reviews member records to support diagnoses and care plans using critical thinking.
• Develops and adjusts treatment plans as needed.
• Makes medication recommendations and adjustments as needed.
• Maintains accurate, timely documentation in EHR (diagnosis codes, statuses, plans).
• Understands RAF/HCC concepts within 30 days of hire; supports STAR/HEDIS measures.
• Rotates telephonic after-hours on-call coverage.
