Job summary

DirectShifts seeks a professional CNA for a PRN Quality Assurance Field Assessor role in Kentucky. This non-caregiving, non-clinical position conducts scheduled in-home assessments and quality reviews, collects NPS data, and reports findings to support quality and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Kentucky CNA certification, are fluent in English, and possess strong communication and documentation skills. Travel is required within assigned territories, with no hands-on patient care.

Qualifications

• Currently KY CNA certified in good standing.
• English proficiency required; English must be primary language for documentation.
• Bilingual candidates preferred; Nepali, Spanish, Hindi or other local languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly in-home visits for clients receiving home and community-based services.
• Complete QA and compliance assessments using established tools.
• Collect client feedback and NPS metrics.
• Verify service delivery and document observations during visits.
• Identify and report quality, safety, or service concerns through reporting channels.
• Observe home environments and document risks or unmet needs.
• Complete required assessment forms and documentation on time.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
