Job summary

Mind & Mobility is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home care for Medicare Part B patients in the Palm Beach area under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will implement treatment plans and deliver skilled therapy to improve mobility and safety in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include educating patients and caregivers, documenting progress, and adhering to Medicare Part B guidelines.

Qualifications
