Job summary

Mind & Mobility is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-home care for Medicare Part B patients in Miami. Your role will involve assessing patients, creating personalized treatment plans, and educating families on safety and exercises.

This position allows for flexible scheduling and independent contractor status, providing a supportive environment to help seniors regain mobility and remain independent.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy (PT) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in home health or outpatient therapy preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare Part B documentation and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients in their homes and create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and fall prevention.

Skills

Active Physical Therapy (PT) license

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
