Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home patient visits under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

You’ll support patient rehabilitation, focusing on active and passive exercises, gait, ADL, transfer, and safety to promote independence. This role requires a current PTA license, CPR/BLS/First Aid certification, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, willingness to travel, and at least one year of home-health experience.

Qualifikationen

• Current unrestricted PTA license in the state of employment.
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification current.
• Valid state driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation; willingness to travel.
• One year of professional PTA experience in home health or similar setting.

Aufgaben

• Provide in-home patient visits under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Instruct and aid patients in active and passive exercises, gait, and functional training.
• Observe and report patient responses and changes to the supervising provider.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation participation.
