Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in the home setting. Under supervision of Physical Therapists, you will apply modalities to improve mobility and independence, helping clients regain daily living skills.

Ideal candidates have a current PTA license in the state and at least one year of clinical and preferably home-health experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• PTA works under the direction of Physical Therapists.
• Treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Help patients improve mobility, independence in self-care, and daily living skills.
