Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Shrewsbury, NJ. You will provide in-home and senior living care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, delivering one-on-one sessions that rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence for older adults.

As part of an interdisciplinary care team, you’ll collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists, document visits in the FOX EMR, and grow your clinical skills through mentorship and ongoing

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain license.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate coverage with POAs and community referral sources as needed.
