Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-home and senior living care team in New Jersey. You will work closely with supervising Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and document progress in FOX’s EMR system.

This role offers one-on-one patient time in home and community settings, with built-in mentorship and opportunities to grow clinically within our interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate coverage and stay connected with patients, POAs, and referrals.
