Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Randallstown, MD, and is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide hands-on, one-on-one care in patients’ homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Our Geriatric House Calls™ model delivers care where patients live, improving strength, mobility, and confidence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by your supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate care with patients, POAs, and referral sources.
