Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Tacoma, Washington, and seeks motivated licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver hands-on care in patients’ homes and senior living communities. You will work with a supervising PT, guide patients through personalized treatment plans, and help rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence with FOX’s Geriatric House Calls model.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington or eligible to obtain license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising PT.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits in FOX EMR system per Clinical Documentation standards.
• Coordinate care with patients, POAs, and community referral sources.
