Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Fairfax, VA is seeking motivated, licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver one-on-one, in-home care as part of the Geriatric House Calls model. You’ll work closely with a supervising PT to implement individualized treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, and track progress in FOX’s EMR system.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans under supervising PT
• Instruct and motivate patients through exercises and activities
• Document visits accurately in FOX EMR per standards
• Coordinate care with POAs and community referral sources
