PT Near is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-home care team in Florida. You will deliver skilled therapy one-on-one in patients' homes, with autonomy and flexible scheduling.

We handle scheduling and back-office, allowing you to focus on rehab. Pay ranges $60–70 per hour per visit as a 1099 contractor, with the freedom to add visits when you want. Territory includes Pembroke Pines and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to manage your time and service area independently.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients regain function at home.
• Home-based care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes — therapeutic exercise, mobility and gait training, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and trigger-point techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, mobility strategies, and safety.
• Document each visit accurately and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Keep every home visit safe and professional.
• Treat a range of cases — post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition patients.
