PT Near Me is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver skilled therapy in patients' homes across Florida. You’ll work under a PT plan of care with autonomy, set your own hours, and receive competitive per-visit pay as a 1099 contractor.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license or license-eligible.
• Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques, anatomy and medical terminology.
• Reliable transportation and ability to manage time and service area independently.
• Strong communication skills and passion for helping patients regain function at home.
• Home-based care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes — therapeutic exercise, mobility and gait training, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and trigger-point techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, mobility strategies, and safety.
• Document each visit accurately and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Keep every home visit safe and professional.
• Treat a range of cases — post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition patients.
