Job summary

PT Near Me is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver skilled therapy in patients’ homes. You will work as a 1099 contractor with per-visit pay of $60–$70, setting your own hours and caseload, while the company handles scheduling and back-office tasks.

Ideal candidates are autonomous, value patient-centered care, and have a Florida PTA license or are license-eligible. This role is on-the-road in Florida, with part-time/PRN availability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in PTA required.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan in patients' homes (exercise, mobility, gait, manual therapy).
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety.
• Document visits and communicate progress to supervising PT.
• Maintain safety and professionalism during home visits.
• Treat a range of cases (post-accident, post-surgical, chronic conditions).
