PT Near Me is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-home team in Florida, delivering skilled therapy in patients' homes. Autonomy, flexible scheduling, and patient-centered care are valued, with back-office scheduling handled for you.

Deliver care across a mix of post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition cases while maintaining safety and professionalism on every visit.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Reliable transportation and ability to manage time and service area independently.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients regain function at home.
• Home-based care experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes - therapeutic exercise, mobility and gait training, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and trigger-point techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, mobility strategies, and safety.
• Document each visit accurately and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Keep every home visit safe and professional.
• Treat a range of cases - post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition patients.
