Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Warren, NJ, is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver one-on-one, in-home and senior-living care. You will work with a supervising Physical Therapist to implement individualized plans, guide patients through exercises, and help rebuild strength and mobility.

This PT Aide role offers mentorship within an interdisciplinary team, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow clinically while serving older adults in community settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice, or eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising PT
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system
• Coordinate care with POAs and community referral sources
