Job summary

Outreach PT, OT and SLP is a leader in in home out patient physical, occupational and speech services in New York and New Jersey. We are growing and looking to add motivated Therapists to serve adult and geriatric patients on a per-diem to part-time basis in Bergen County, NJ.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working with older adults preferred.
• Home care experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• We assess patients home environments for safety and environmental barriers
• address physical underlying impairments and how it affects overall function
• ambulatory aid and adaptive equipment training
• education to patient and caregiver regarding compensatory strategies and or a Home exercise program
