BrightStar Care – Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home services, helping clients regain strength, balance, and independence in familiar home environments.

We offer part-time or per diem schedules with competitive pay per visit and mileage reimbursement, plus training and growth opportunities within a locally trusted home health provider.

Formación

• Active MA PT license
• CPR certified
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license

Responsabilidades

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans
• Provide skilled PT interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and safety
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR
