Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients’ homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30‑minute drive – 12 min on average.
• Complete documentation in 3‑5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start‑of‑Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
