Job summary

Addus Family company is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Working under a licensed PT, you’ll implement treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, support gait and balance training, and educate clients and families to promote safety and independence.

You’ll document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and travel to client homes.

Qualifications

• Must work under a licensed PT.
• Current PTA licensure in the United States or applicable state credentials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home Physical Therapist Assistant services under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Implement treatment plans and guide therapeutic exercises.
• Support gait and balance training and mobility activities.
