Job summary

Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and use of assistive devices to help clients maintain safety and independence at home.

Qualifications

• Compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant with a focus on in-home rehabilitation.
• Ability to implement treatment plans under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Experience assisting with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and use of assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Support in-home rehabilitation for elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients.
• Document progress and report changes in condition to the supervising PT.
• Collaborate with nurses and caregivers to promote therapy program compliance.
