Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will implement treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and use of assistive devices to help clients maintain safety and independence at home.

Responsibilities

• Assist with in-home rehabilitation under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic exercises
• Perform mobility training and use of assistive devices to promote safety and independence at home
• Document progress and report changes in condition
• Collaborate with nurses and caregivers and promote adherence to therapy programs
