As an In-Home Assembler, you will work in customers' homes, earn a base rate during training, and progress to a piece-rate pay model based on completed work. Weekly pay and benefits are provided; growth opportunities are substantial with multiple certifications available.

Qualifications

• Problem solving and customer service skills required.
• Background in carpentry, installation, or in-home services.
• Reliable, self-motivated with strong time-management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and complete customer orders in homes.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments.
• Verify work orders and ensure correct products are assembled.
• Assemble products to National Assemblers' specifications.
• Build rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Leave homes neat and document follow-up notes in NAI system.
