Job summary

National Assemblers, Inc. is seeking Assemblers to join our expanding team. You will assemble products in customers' homes and travel to multiple sites, with additional opportunities to certify in-store and earn more through certifications.

You will need reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 40 pounds. Training pays $20/hour, followed by a piece-rate model with potential to earn $20–$30/hour equivalent.

Qualifications

• Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Background in carpentry, installation, or in-home services is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet tight scheduling demands.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily, you will receive customer orders to complete installation or assembly jobs in customers’ homes
• Communicate with the customer to confirm all appointments
• Confirm your work orders to make sure you are assembling/repairing the correct product
• Assemble product to National Assembler’s specifications
• Build strong rapport with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by delivering good customer service and quality product
• Leave customers’ homes neat and clean (free of all trash)
• Complete follow-up notes in NAI’s system after job completion
