Job summary

MGA Home Healthcare North Carolina LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) to provide and document skilled nursing care in patients' homes, reporting to Case Managers and the Clinical Nurse Supervisor, and following physician orders.

The RN delivers care per the plan of treatment, documents clinical notes, participates in in-services and committees, maintains professional appearance, travels frequently for home visits, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved program and valid nursing license.
• CPR certification and TB test results are required.
• Ability to perform required nursing duties and exercise independent judgment.
• Reliable transportation for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document skilled nursing care per care plan and physician orders.
• Document clinical notes and update nursing care plan.
• Collaborate with case managers, supervisors and health care team.
• Participate in mandated activities and adhere to agency policies.
