Job summary

MGA Home Healthcare North Carolina LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) to provide skilled nursing in private home settings. You will implement and document care per each patient’s plan and collaborate with Case Managers and Clinical Nurse Supervisors.

Requirements include an active RN license, 80% competency score, reliable transportation, and CPR/TB/health screenings as required. You must be flexible, organized, and able to exercise independent judgment daily.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license and ability to practice in the stated state.
• Completion of required certification/competency testing with a score of 80% or greater.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• CPR certification as per agency policy.
• TB results or chest x-ray as requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document skilled nursing care per plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
• Demonstrate and document clinical skills and aseptic technique.
• Follow physician orders and update care plan as needed.
• Identify changes and communicate with supervisor for necessary interventions.
• Collaborate with patient, physicians, and care team.
• Complete documentation accurately in a timely manner.
