Job summary

HarmonyCares seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care in the home for high-acuity patients, focusing on patient-centered care rather than volume. Clinicians take time to address each patient’s needs, with a Monday–Friday schedule and an assistant in select markets.

Requirements include NP licensure in the practicing state, DEA license eligibility, CPR/BLS, board certification, and driving eligibility.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP in the state of practice.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Board-certified NP with DEA license eligibility.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care in home health and geriatrics.
• Focus on patient needs with time for quality care.
• Work Monday–Friday with support in select markets.
