Your Role
As a Plumbing Install Assistant Manager, you’ll
- Lead specialty jobs (outdoor dig crews, pipelining, and construction crew). You’ll ensure all plumbing installation jobs meet a standard we can all be proud of.
- Plan and run weekly meetings, including training on technical skills or soft skills (like communication), and motivating the team. You’ll share safety topics, plumbing techniques, and more.
- Handle customer concerns and protect our brand. When mistakes happen and customers are stressed, you’ll work with them to resolve issues and maintain our high standards.
- Interview, hire, onboard, and ensure technicians are successful. You’ll help new plumbers thrive by teaching and developing their talents into performance.

Minimum Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Plumbing Contractor License (NC P1 or P2)
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair & drain cleaning service, and installation
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven leadership ability
- Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks with good work ethic
- Committed adherence to and enforcement of the company’s core values
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina Plumbing Contractor License
- Prior supervisory or management experience
- Additional plumbing experience
