Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Part-Time Physician to perform In-Home Health Evaluations across licensed states. Visits typically last about 45 minutes and include a medication and medical history review along with a clinical evaluation using an intuitive iPad workflow.

You will travel locally and may conduct virtual visits as needed, providing diagnostic and preventive services when indicated.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history review and physical evaluation.
• Use iPad and clinical workflow to document evaluations.
• Provide Signify Health services such as diagnostic & preventive testing when indicated.
• Travel locally to visit patients in licensed states; conduct virtual visits as needed.
