Qualifications

• CAPTE-accredited PTA graduate required.
• Unrestricted PTA license or state-specific certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience treating patients in home settings as required by the state Board.
• Therapy skills aligned with APA/APTA standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) for PT needs.
• CPR certification is current.
• Reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Implement selected components of patient interventions and treatments as directed by the PT.
