Job summary

Qualified candidates have a CAPTE-accredited PTA education, current unrestricted PTA license, valid driver's license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation; experience in home health is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Current unrestricted PTA license.
• Current unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Experience as required by state board for home care.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment for PT.
• Proof of CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation with auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities
