Job summary

Mind & Mobility in Homestead, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home care for Medicare Part B patients. You will assess patients at home, develop personalized treatment plans, and help them regain mobility and independence.

As an independent contractor, you will maintain a flexible schedule, collaborate with the therapy team, and ensure compliant documentation while delivering compassionate care in patients' own homes.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the practicing state.
• Experience in home health or outpatient therapy preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare Part B documentation and regulations.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Independent work style with flexible scheduling.
