As an independent contractor, you will maintain a flexible schedule, collaborate with the therapy team, and ensure compliant documentation while delivering compassionate care in patients' own homes.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in the practicing state.
• Experience in home health or outpatient therapy preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare Part B documentation and regulations.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Independent work style with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients in their homes and create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and fall prevention.
• Document progress and ensure compliance with Medicare Part B regulations.
