Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients.
• Assess and document patients’ physical strengths.
• Develop and implement a rehabilitation program.
• Provide clear written care instructions to PTAs.
• Document patient observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Report patient progress to the care team and physician.
