Qualifications

• Active state PT license is required.
• Reliability in transportation and scheduling.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes.
• Set availability and be matched with nearby patients (avg 12 min).
• Complete documentation quickly using the Luna app.
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
