Luna is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide in-home outpatient care, delivering full plans of care to patients in their homes. You’ll set your own schedule and Luna matches you with nearby patients within a short drive.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one outpatient PT in patients’ homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30‑minute drive - 12 min on average
• Complete documentation in 3‑5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start‑of‑Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
