The role requires 2+ years of PT experience, a current state license and CPR; travel within the NorthEast Las Vegas area is expected, with collaborative care alongside families and the care team.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a PT in a clinical care setting.
• Master of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program.
• Current State license as a PT and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company mission, vision and values.
• Perform clinical assessments and develop a Plan of Care (POC).
• Document plans, progress notes and other clinical records.
• Plan and provide treatment for neuromuscular and orthopedic disorders.
• Assist with transfers and use of equipment as appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and health care teams.
• Ensure documentation supports third-party payer requirements.
