Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state you are applying.
• 1 year of physical therapist experience preferred - home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
