BrightStar Care of Acton, Andover, and Lowell is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) to provide in-home therapy for patients across Massachusetts, focusing on personalized care and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license in Massachusetts.
• Prior experience in home care of 2 years preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently managing a full-time caseload.
• Reliable transportation for travel within assigned service areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in patients’ homes as per physician orders.
• Perform initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and quality of life.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, exercises, and patient education.
• Document patient progress per company standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain a safe and professional therapy environment.
