Job summary

BrightStar Care of Acton, Andover & Lowell in Massachusetts is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support in-home care across Everett, Malden, Revere, Somerville, Boston, Cambridge, and nearby areas. You will collaborate with a supervising therapist to implement treatment plans and help clients maintain independence at home.

The role requires an Associate’s degree, MA PTA license, CPR/BLS, reliable transportation, and at least 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in home

Qualifications

• Assist patients with exercises and mobility techniques to improve strength, coordination, and independence.
• Observe, document, and report patient progress or changes to the supervising therapist and physician.
• Educate patients and their families on safe mobility practices and use of assistive equipment.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with BrightStar Care standards.
