Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver in-home PT services in Concord, Lexington and Woburn. You will evaluate clients at home, develop personalized plans, and provide interventions to improve strength, balance, mobility, and safety.

The role offers flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and contributions from a supportive clinical leadership team. New grads welcome; MA license required.

Qualifications

• Active MA PT license.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certified.
• 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home PT evaluations and create personalized care plans.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to enhance strength, balance, mobility, and safety.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Document care using mobile-friendly EMR.
