Job summary

Guardian Angel Home Care Inc. is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health team. You will work under a Physical Therapist to deliver therapy in patients' homes, helping improve mobility and independence.

The role supports a field-based, in-home care model with opportunities for growth and competitive pay per visit. Prior Home Health experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant program accredited by the APTA and/or AMA.
• Current PTA license in the state of employment.
• 1+ year of clinical experience preferred; Home Health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medically prescribed PTA services under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, massage, and modalities.
• Record patient progress and communicate with care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and discharge planning.
